ISP Management
Important Reports Every Hotspot Business Should Track
Use this guide as a practical framework, then adapt each step to your network, customers and operating policies.
01
Track revenue and active sessions daily, not monthly
Waiting until month-end to check revenue means you find problems (a failing payment gateway, an offline router) weeks too late. A daily glance at revenue and currently-active sessions catches issues while they are still cheap to fix.
02
Watch package performance, not just total sales
Total revenue can hide a problem — a package that used to be your top seller quietly declining, or a new package nobody buys. Compare package-by-package sales week over week to see what customers actually want before you reprice or discontinue anything.
03
Reconcile router health alongside financial reports
A revenue dip and a router health alert often point to the same root cause. Reviewing router uptime, offline alerts and interface errors next to your sales reports — not in a separate tool nobody checks — makes it obvious when a technical problem is actually a revenue problem.
