Pricing questions answered

Can I try SiscoHotspot before paying? +

Yes. New ISP accounts receive a 4-day free trial so you can test the platform before choosing a plan.

Can I upgrade my plan later? +

Yes. You can upgrade when your customer base, router count or business requirements increase.

Does the subscription include MikroTik configuration? +

The platform includes MikroTik integration tools. Advanced installation and custom network configuration may be offered separately.

Are Mobile Money transaction charges included? +

No. Transaction charges from DaliPay, PalmPesa or other payment providers are handled according to the provider agreement.

What happens when a payment provider or a mobile network fails? +

If your main payment gateway fails, payments move to your backup gateway by themselves. If a mobile network such as Airtel Money stops completing payments, your customers see a notice on the portal asking them to pay with another network until it works again.

Are there extra services? +

Yes. If your internet line gets overloaded in the evening, we can route your hotspot through our VPS for steadier evenings, by agreement. SMS bundles for customer notifications are coming soon.
