Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, limits and billing periods are shown on the Pricing page or agreed in writing. Mobile Money transaction charges may be governed separately by the payment provider.
Network responsibility
Each ISP remains responsible for its internet service, MikroTik configuration, customer conduct, regulatory obligations and the accuracy of packages offered to customers.
Availability and support
We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but maintenance, provider outages and external network failures may temporarily affect service.
